Terms of service

These terms apply when you book or take part in a service from Work Life Unstuck LLC ("we", "us"), a Washington limited liability company based in Kirkland, Washington. By booking a session you agree to them. They are written in plain language on purpose.

What we offer

Full-chart readings in the Vedic tradition (Jyotish), delivered by an independent practitioner working with us. Readings are offered for spiritual guidance, personal reflection and entertainment. They are not predictions or guarantees, and they do not constitute financial, medical, legal or psychological advice. Please consult a qualified professional for decisions in those areas.

Executive and life coaching, delivered by an ICF-certified coach. Coaching is a professional development service. It is not therapy, counseling or a licensed therapeutic relationship, and it is not a substitute for medical or mental-health care. If at any point we believe you would be better served by a licensed professional, we will say so.

Both services are delivered online by video call unless we agree otherwise.

Booking and payment

We confirm the format, length and price of a session by email before anything is charged. Payment is due when you confirm your booking, through the secure payment link we send. Prices are in US dollars. Packages (for example, an initial reading plus follow-ups) are valid for twelve months from purchase.

Rescheduling and cancellation

Life happens. Give us at least 24 hours' notice and we will move your session to another time at no charge. A session missed without notice, or cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, is treated as taken. If we need to move a session, we'll offer new times promptly, and if none work for you we'll refund that session in full.

Completed sessions are not refundable. Unused sessions in a package can be refunded on request, less the sessions already taken at the single-session price.

What we need from you

Accurate birth details for a reading (the time matters most), honesty about what you want to work on, and a quiet place with a working connection for your session. If you book a reading for someone else, including a child, you confirm you are entitled to share their details.

Your responsibility for decisions

Readings and coaching offer perspective. The decisions you make afterwards are yours. We are not responsible for outcomes of choices made on the basis of a session, and our total liability to you for any claim arising from a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.

Confidentiality

What you tell us in a session stays between you and the practice, except where the law requires disclosure or where there is a serious risk of harm to you or someone else. Our privacy page explains what we keep and for how long.

Recordings and materials

Sessions are recorded or transcribed only at your request. Written recaps and any materials we prepare are for your personal use. Our methods, templates and written material remain ours; please don't republish them without asking.

Conduct

We reserve the right to end a session, or decline further work, if a participant is abusive or if we conclude we cannot serve them well. In that case any unused, prepaid sessions are refunded.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date at the top tells you when. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of King County, Washington, unless we both agree to resolve it another way first, which we would always prefer.
