Privacy

Work Life Unstuck LLC ("we", "us") is a small practice based in Kirkland, Washington. This page explains what information we collect, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short on purpose; if anything is unclear, write to start@worklifeunstuck.com.

What we collect

When you contact us. Your name, email address, and whatever you choose to tell us in your message, including your time zone and preferred language.

When you book a chart reading. Your date, time and place of birth, and the questions you want to explore. These are needed to prepare your chart. If you book a reading for a family member, including a child, you confirm that you are entitled to share their details, and we treat that information with the same care as your own.

During sessions. Notes the practitioner takes to prepare your written recap. Recordings or transcripts are made only if you ask for them, and we will confirm before the session begins.

Payments. Card payments are handled by our payment processor. We see your name and the amount paid; we never see or store your card number.

On this website. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) records standard, anonymised traffic statistics. The contact form remembers nothing between visits.

How we use it

To reply to you, prepare and deliver your session, send your written recap, take payment, and keep a record of what we discussed so that follow-up sessions pick up where you left off. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

If you tell us we may, we will occasionally email you about new services or writing. You can stop that at any time by replying "unsubscribe".

Who else sees it

Only the people who need it to serve you: the practitioner you work with, and Shree Dandige, who runs the practice's operations. Amit is based in India, so if you book a reading your birth details and session notes are shared with him there, under a written agreement that requires him to protect them and use them only for your reading.

We rely on a small number of service providers to run the practice: Google Workspace for email and documents, Cloudflare for hosting, Formspree for the contact form, Zoom or a similar service for video sessions, and Stripe or a similar processor for payments. Each handles data under its own privacy terms and only as needed to provide its service to us.

We will disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Your basic chart and session recaps are kept for as long as you are a client and for up to three years after your last session, so that returning clients don't have to start over. Recordings and transcripts you asked for are kept until you ask us to delete them. Contact-form messages that don't lead to a session are deleted within a year. You can ask us to delete anything sooner.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing start@worklifeunstuck.com. We will respond within 30 days. Deleting your chart means a future reading would have to be prepared from scratch, which is fine; we'll just tell you so you can decide.

Children

Our services are for adults. Parents sometimes ask for a reading of a child's chart; that reading is prepared for and delivered to the parent, and the child's details are held under the parent's record. We do not knowingly collect information directly from anyone under 18.

Security

Information is stored in password-protected, two-factor-secured accounts and shared with practitioners over encrypted channels. No method of storage is perfectly secure, but we keep the amount of information we hold to the minimum the work needs.

Changes

If this page changes in a way that matters, we'll note the date at the top and, for current clients, mention it by email.
